Refund, Exchanges & Returns

At HINĀ & GRACE, each item is carefully inspected before shipping. To ensure fairness and hygiene standards, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or personal taste

  • Dissatisfaction with appearance

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

All sales are final unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hinaandgrace.com.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Once confirmed, we will provide either:

    • A replacement (subject to stock), or

    • A full refund to your original payment method

All items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

3. Exchanges for Incorrect Size

We understand sizing can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging for a different size.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the new size. If the new size is unavailable, we can issue store credit.

4. Delivery Responsibility & Shipping Protection

Once your order is handed over to the courier, HINĀ & GRACE is not responsible for loss, theft, or delays in transit.

  • We offer an optional Shipping Protection Add-On at checkout.

  • Only orders with this add-on are eligible for coverage in the event of courier loss or theft.

  • If Shipping Protection is not purchased, the customer assumes full responsibility once tracking shows the item has been dispatched.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds apply only to approved cases of damaged/defective items.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of return approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the refund.
